🎉 Celebrating 8 Years!

This year, we're proud to celebrate 8 years in business. Thank you to our customers and partners for trusting us with your fields and facilities. Every season has taught us something, and we're just getting started. Here's to many more Field Source years!

We are so thankful to you all for keeping us busy. While working on your athletic fields, here are some other things we have been up to and what’s on the horizon for the rest of the year. We hope to see you this fall and winter!

🌱 2026 OPRA Field Day, Presented by Field Source

We had a great day at the inaugural OPRA Field Day! A very special thank you to the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association and to the City of Grandview Heights, Ohio for hosting!

We had insightful discussions on Cultural Practices, “Community Sports Field Management: What the Research Says”, Best Scheduling Practices for Your Field, End of Season Maintenance, Bridging Communication Between Programmers and Grounds Staff, and Planning for the Upcoming Year.

We are so grateful for our amazing speakers:

• Pamela Sherratt, Turfgrass Specialist at The Ohio State University

• Tyler Carr, Assistant Professor - Turfgrass Science at The Ohio State University

And to our panelists:

• Jack Castle, Director of Parks and Recreation, Grove City Parks and Recreation

• Andy Grau, Parks Superintendent, Grandview Heights Parks & Recreation

• Brian McGuire, Parks and Grounds Superintendent, Reynoldsburg Parks & Recreation

• Ryan DeMay, Principal, Field Source

And a very big thank you to all who joined us this year! We look forward to more events in the future and hope to see you there!
