Our Commitment Goes Beyond the Field

At Field Source, we believe our responsibility doesn't end at the edge of the field. The communities we serve are made up of students, athletes, families, and neighbors. Investing in those people is just as important as the work we do on the ground.

Here's a look at what we have been up to lately!

Panthers & Purses — Fairbanks Education Fund

Field Source was proud to support the Panthers & Purses designer purse fundraiser hosted by the Fairbanks Education Fund. This annual event raises funds “to support Fairbanks students by enhancing their access to educational opportunities.”

The event brings together community members, local businesses, and supporters for an evening of fun, fellowship, and fundraising to support students who deserve every opportunity to succeed inside and outside the classroom.

“Leave It All On The Field” Scholarship

In 2026, Field Source launched its inaugural "Leave It All On The Field" Scholarship—a $1,000 award given to graduating student athletes, band members, and cheerleaders who demonstrate the same values we believe in every day.

This year's recipients were three outstanding Mount Gilead High School seniors:

• Abigail Leonhard

• Cassady Irwin

• Gauge Shipman

Recipients are selected through a competitive process that includes a personal essay, two letters of recommendation, and a finalist interview. The scholarship recognizes students who show up with heart, effort, and pride—not just in competition, but in everything they do.

Unstoppable Youth Sports - Mount Gilead High School

Field Source is also proud to support Unstoppable Youth Sports, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing children with special needs the opportunity to participate in sports alongside their typical peers.

Field Source was founded on the belief that every athlete deserves a safe field to play on. But our commitment to the communities we serve goes deeper than construction and maintenance. It's about showing up (on the field and off it) for the students, athletes, and families who make these communities worth investing in.
